SELLERS: Up until 2010, I was a Buyers Agent ONLY, what changed? When my partner had many of his previous buyers ready to sell and move to a larger or smaller home, we became a listing team. We made certain the sellers home was in tip top showing condition before putting it on the market. Some took months and others only weeks but it really paid off. From the start, even before the demand of today had happen, our listings were selling within a few days. Many had multiple offers and our sellers were pleased to see between 99.2% and 102% of the asking price that was based on current appraisal values.
